Babette Perry, RN, CDP – Owner/Supplemental Instructor
Babette is the founder of Top Tier Healthcare Training Center LLC. As a Registered Nurse through the State of Michigan, she brings over 25 years of experience to her organization. She has experience in a variety of settings, including Home Health Care, Long-Term Acute Care, Sub-Acute, Private Duty, and Pediatrics. In addition to bedside treatment, Babette has fulfilled several supervisory nursing positions as well. She is currently a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Train the Trainer certified. She teaches the certified nursing assistant program and is dedicated to ensuring that her students understand the importance of practicing with competency and compassion.
Biannca Billick, BSN, RN – Nurse Aide Trainer
Biannca is a Nurse Aide Trainer at Top Tier Healthcare Training Center LLC. She is a Registered Nurse through the State of Michigan. Biannca has extensive educational and work experience related to the healthcare field and has worked in several different roles, including as a nursing assistant and now as a nurse. She understands firsthand the dynamics and demands of both professions and, as such, is seeking to develop a program that supports her students and their development in a meaningful way.
Jessica Lyskawa, COTA/L, CBIS, BSW – Administrative Director/Supplemental Instructor
Jessica currently works as an Administrative Director at TTHCTC. She is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the organization. With several years of sub-acute and long-term healthcare experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Jessica also provides supplemental instruction in many areas of the program.
